Vencode Netmetric is a process accouting software for Institutions, Software Organizations and Browsing Centres. The Software is written with GNU and implemented with pure SQL. It basically calculates the billing for the time spent on the client system. The server is centralized and can constantly inspect the client systems. Once the user logs out the server calculates the final billing amount and displays the data.
